I’ve put together a list of some of the shopping deals and specials at various stores on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.  Traditionally the biggest shopping day of the year, many stores open early and have specials throughout the day.  This list by no means contains all of the specials out there.  There are many more available, some nationally and some regionally.

Walgreens opens at 7:00am Friday.    They are having a 7 hour sale from 7am – 2pm on certain items, including BOGO Webkinz Lil’ Kinz, BOGO 4 ft lighted trees in pots and 10 inch LCD TV for 99.99 after 20 mail-in rebate.

Wal-Mart has unbeatable prices from 5am – 11am Friday on many items including $25 for a 6.5’ pre-lit Colorado Pine artificial tree, and $199 for an Xbox 360.  Get special savings on other items Friday and Saturday.

The doors open at Target at 6am on Friday.  They have Guitar Hero World Tour on sale for $59.

Ace Doorbuster Sale starts at 7am Friday.  Quantities are greatly limited.  One item they have on sale is a Curtis 7” portable DVD player for $79.99

Home Depot 3-day sale starts Friday at 6am.  6” poinsettias are 99 cents on Friday only.  Limit 10 per customer.

Kmart is open from 6am – 11pm on Friday.  There are hundreds of doorbusters on sale Friday from 6am-11am only.   Other items are specially priced Friday and Saturday.  Fine jewelry is 70% off Friday and Saturday.

Toys R Us opens at 5am Friday.  Over 100 doorbusters are on sale from 5am – 1pm.

Pet Smart opens at 7am Friday

Sears After Thanksgiving Sale doors open at 5am. Friday First doorbuster sale from 5am – 12 noon.  They have winter coats on sale at 60% off.

JC Penney opens at 4am Friday.  The Start Smart Doorbusters sale is 4am – 1pm.    Get an extra 10% off sale prices.

Kohl’s opens Friday at 4am with numerous sales and specials.

Get Early Bird Specials at Staples from 6am – 10am.

Big 5 Sporting Goods has extra savings Friday 5:30am – 3pm

Big Lots opens Friday at 6am, early bird specials before 11am.  They also have Saturday-only specials Saturday until 11am.

Office Depot doors open 6am Friday.  Spend $50 or more Friday or Saturday and get a $15 off coupon good on your next visit.

Radio Shack opens at 6am Friday.  They have Friday only specials, and Friday/Saturday savings.

Sorry this is late today but it was hard to find some decent freebies for today.  I try to only list freebies that are truly free.  I hate coming across a great ‘freebie’ and then finding out that I have to pay shipping & handling, or complete some sponsor offer before I’m eligible for the so-called freebie.

Some freebies I list do require you to sign up for a newsletter, but I try to limit those to well-known companies like Betty Crocker, Procter & Gamble, etc.
